Same Day Shipping/ Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed before 3 PM EST (12 PM PST)ship today. Orders placed after 3 PM EST (12 PM PST) ship the next business day. If it is after the daily shipping cut off your gift will not ship until the next business day. You may need to use one of the express services. Free ground shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Note: Normal delivery days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday.
Saturday delivery is only available by special request. Normal next day air service is Monday through Friday.

No discounts or refunds will be offerred for late deliveries on orders placed after the daily shipping cut-off, orders placed on holidays or weekends or orders with incorrect delivery information.

UPS will not offer any refunds on gifts delivered late due to adverse weather conditions or bad address information.

How will my gift be packaged?
We do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive to the recipients in perfect condition. Each gift is hand made,
and wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a handmade bow and wrapped with tissue paper before being placed in a box. We then pack your gifts into heavy duty cardboard boxes and place plenty of packing materials around it to eliminate shifting during transport. We also put large, red "Fragile" and "Please handle with care" stickers on all our boxes to ensure it isn't mishandled. Our goal is for your gift to arrive looking just as beautiful when it arrives as it did when it left our hands.
How will I know when my gift has shipped?
After we have shipped your order you will receive an email shipping notification which will include any tracking information.
What if I do not receive an email notification?
This may mean you did not fill in your e-mail address correctly or not at all. It may also be because you requested a delivery date in the future. If you are not sure please call us toll free at 866-639-4107 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you.
How will I know when my gift arrives?
Once you receive your tracking number you can track your gift on-line or by calling the delivery service toll free.
You may reach UPS Toll free at 800-742-5877 or Federal express toll free at 800-463-3339. You may also call us toll free at 866-639-4107 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you.
Where do you ship?
Currently we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. However, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada do have higher shipping rates. Please call us toll free at 866-639-4107 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you with pricing to these regions.
At this time we do not offer shipping and or delivery to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses or overseas. These destinations are simply too high of a risk. In the past when we have attempted to ship to these destinations packages have been lost, damaged or returned to us at great expense. There is no way for us to track and monitor gifts going to APO/FPO addresses and the rate of lost packages is simply too high. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Ship to/ Recipient address information:
It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information. This should include:
- Recipients full first and last name.
- Company name. (if applicable)
- Street number and street name.
- Suite number, apartment number or floor number.
- City, state and accurate zip code.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order has not yet been picked up by the parcel delivery company we will be happy to assist you with changing/ adding any information
to the shipping address. Please call us toll free at 866-639-4107 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you.
However, if your gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company we can not change the address. If for some reason you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information we will have to contact UPS/FedEx and attempt to correct this. However we can not guarantee this will be possible and there will be a $10.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this error.
What if I realize I have not provided complete/ accurrate shipping information?
If you realize for some reason you did not provide us with complete and or accurate delievry information please call us immediately at 866-639-4107 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will do our best to help resolve this issue.
However, there will be a $10.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this error. UPS and Fed Ex charge us for any correction which may need to be made to the delivery information.
Usually this fee is assessed because of incorrect zip codes being provided so please check your delivery zip code for accuracy prior to placing your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
We do apologize but we do not allow cancellation of an order once it has been shipped. However, you may return the gift at your own expense and receive an 80% refund. (A full refund is not offered because we can not reuse any food products found in the gift.)
Can you ship Chocolate and fruit gifts in warm summer months?
During the summer months, we must include ice packs in all our chocolate and perishable fruit gifts. To ensure fresh delivery of fruit and chocolate items we ship: Monday and Tuesday via 2-day or next day, Wednesday 2-day or next day and Thursday overnight shipping. Shipping these gifts on Friday is not possible. Although it is a bit more costly it is the only way to ensure your gifts arrive fresh and in the best possible condition.
Why are the express shipping costs so expensive?
As you look at our shipping and delivery charges please keep in mind our beautiful gifts can sometimes be quite large. Our shipping prices reflect the weight, dimensions and fragile nature of our beautiful gifts. Our goal is for it to arrive looking just as it does in our pictures and for this to be possible we must pack our gifts very well.
After your package has been shipped we will send to you the tracking number for your order.
